The best cookie I ever ate (this month) was of course a Galaxy Cookie. Now if you don’t know what a Galaxy Cookie is… then I’m very sorry you. You should try it, it’s very good.
It’s cinnamony and chocolaty, crispy outside, and soft inside.
It’s worth walking all the way from my home to the little bakery that sells it. (If they’re not sold out. Like they were today. So I had to eat a Marshmallow Cookie, which was also not that bad, but definitely not nearly as good as a Galaxy Cookie.)
