From Ayutthaya to Bangkok: A Wild, Wacky Day
This morning, I woke up in Ayutthaya—land of temples, quetiao ruea, and mysterious sunburns. Yes, somehow, I got burned inside the corner of my ear (pretty sure it was the right one, but someone insists it was the left. Hmph. Whatever.)
First things first: I FINISHED all my Bricks. Like, every single one!! For SIX whole days—Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday—I didn’t go in line. Not once. Not even a peek!
Then boom—144 messages were waiting for me.
One hundred and forty-four.
My brain: help.
I was talking to FIVE people at the same time. It was chaos. But also fun chaos.
As usual in Ayutthaya, we ate kuttyo in the morning (obviously). Then I farted.
(I’m not hiding it. It happened. Deal with it.)
Then—back to Bangkok! I met Mama. We went to Big C. What did we do there? No clue. I just remember walking. A lot.
Then—Moshi Moshi!
Then—I brought Mama to the hair salon to wash her hair.
Then—back home. I took a shower! (Wait. Did I? Or did I just think I did?)
I think I showered.
I don’t think I washed my hair.
I might have forgotten.
Oops.
Then I looked for a wallpaper my phone. For what? No idea. But it felt important.
And now… I’m here. You came back.
The day is over.
Conclusion:
• Kuttyo = yummy
• Messaging = intense
• Sunburn = weird
• Fart = real
• Shower? = maybe
• Left ear? Right ear? Who knows??
What a day.
The End.
